"For weeks I have been dealing with a broken toilet.Several maintenance men have been in my home to fix it.Saturday the 25th i called the maintenance emergency number and a maintenance man named Chad came in and put in the actual effort to fix the problem.His conclusion was the toilet needed to be completely replaced.Well today which is monday he came in with a new toilet and he called me to apologize for waiting an extra day and let me know its taken care of.I appreciate this man for his efforts,time and his positive attitude.Thank you again Chad." |
